Res Start Off On A Good Note
Mostoninas AFC Res started their pre-season campaign with a 2-1 away win at Old Boltonians. Mostonians had a mix bag of players from all of the different teams within the club however everybody settled in well and Mostonians played good football throughout the entire game.
Mostoninas took the lead with a smart finish from James O'Hanlon just before the end of the first half. He then followed this up with another from the spot late in the second half. He did however MISS a second pen just after converting his second goal of the game from the spot.
Overall Mostonians Res played well, got a good result despite conceeding a soft goal in the second half. They take on South Manchester on Thursday night at home at the Lancaster Club.
